Vendors and Artists

Vendors Room

Vendor's Hall

At Anime Iwai, all Vendors are screened and filtered to make sure we do not over saturate any particular type of merchandise. This allows all Vendors to profit as much as possible while ensuring diversity at our convention for our attendees.

After you have submitted your application, we will send you a Vendor Agreement Form as well as a link to purchase your reserved space. Tables are sold based on availability. You can select the table you would like, but they are being sold on a "first-come, first-served" basis.

Vendor spaces cost $250.00 plus tax. Purchase of each space includes TWO (2) Weekend Passes. Any additional passes you may need for additional employees must be purchased separately.

If you have any questions, please e-mail dealersartists@animeiwai.com.

APPLY FOR A VENDOR SPACE

Artist's Alley

Artist Alley tables are on a "first-come, first-served" basis. To qualify for purchase of a table, you must fill out and submit the form below.

The application process is so that we can attempt to prevent overcrowding of one particular art type and encourage diversity among the artists. After you complete the form, your application will be reviewed before approval. Most applications will be reviewed and responded to in 3-5 business days. If approved, you will be messaged with a link for payment.

Artist Alley tables are $100.00 each plus tax. Purchase of each Artist Alley table includes a 6' x 2.5' table, 1 chair, and 1 Weekend Pass. Any additional passes you may need for additional helpers must be purchased separately.

Please note that each Artist's area is confined to the 6' table and the 3 feet to sit behind said purchased table. You are required to not infringe upon any other table or their work space behind their table without their permission; this includes helpers and friends. Failure to do so may result in ejection from Artist Alley without refund for your space.

Artist Alley is located in the main open hallway, with no doors to be locked at night. Each Artist is responsible for their own setup and breakdown each day. The convention itself claims no responsibility or liability for any damage and/or theft that may occur to your goods. Since Artist Alley is in an open hallway, there are no set hours. You may, however, set up as early as 8 a.m. each day and stay as late as 8 p.m.

Adult material (i.e., any material that suggests mature themes, content, nature, or styles) are permitted to be sold. Due to the mixed audience that will be attending the convention, any material that can be considered "adult/18+" must be properly covered or concealed, and it is the responsibility of the Artist to ensure that those who purchase such material are of legal age by checking for proper identification.

Cancellations before October 1st will result in a full refund of the purchase of your space. Any cancellations after October 1st will no longer be eligible for a refund.

In addition, during the weekend, a member of Staff will present a convention award for Best Artist Table. All Artists who purchase a space are eligible for the award. The award will be given on Sunday afternoon during Closing Ceremonies.

If you have any questions, please e-mail dealersartists@animeiwai.com.
