Anime Iwai is South Florida's longest running nonprofit convention specializing in the genres of anime, gaming, and Japanese culture. We exist to bring together the Otaku of Broward, Palm Beach, and Miami-Dade Counties. 

Anime Iwai's official mission is to promote the spread, understanding, and appreciation of Japanese culture in Florida. We are a 501c3 corporation so donations are tax deductible. 

Below you will find the information on what sponsorship options are available for
 our convention.

MEDIA DIRECT SPONSORSHIPS

A. Program Guide -

One full page color ad in our con guide for $125.00 Purchase here.  Excellent for those who can't be at the con to promote in person.

C. Prize sponsor-

Anime Iwai has multiple contests including Talent, Cosplay, Gaming, etc, all of which are highly visible and well attended. Prize donations for these events will be publicized beforehand on social media, in photo/video coverage of the live event, and in printed literature regarding the contests. This sponsorship level is one of the most closely targeted opportunities we offer. We can display your logo on our videowall and/or other signage of the event, please coordinate media/graphics with us as early as possible. 

B. Badge Lanyard Sponsor-

Anime Iwai issues full color personalized and custom printed badges for all our attendees and vendors. They are year specific with original artwork and are intended to be a collectible item. Lanyards for these badges can be sponsored by first collaborating with our art department on a design that features both your graphics and Anime Iwai's, and then purchasing and having the printed lanyards delivered to us before registration. 

Convention Sponsorship Levels:

Level 1 - Individual event naming sponsor- $400

You are sponsoring one specific event during the convention. For example, a cosplay contest, a dance, a workshop, etc. The event would feature your name alongside the title in all references we can control, as appropriate.  You'll get two weekend passes to the con, credit in written and digital media, and a promotional table located either inside the space for that event or in the closest feasible open space.

Level 2 - Room Sponsor- $500.00

You are sponsoring one specific function space event during the convention. For example, main events, special events, panels, etc. The event would feature your name visible in the room and in all references we can control, as appropriate.  This sponsorship level gives your business naming rights for one room of your choice, four weekend passes for the convention, a table in front of the room to showcase your business (not for sales), mentions in the program guide, and a logo on our website. You will also be thanked on our social media channels & during our opening ceremonies.

ie: rooms available include: Special Events, Panel Rooms and etc.

Level 3 con-wide Sponsor - $1,000.00

This sponsorship level includes naming rights for Main Events or the Exhibitor Hall, table & banner space, an opportunity to speak during the opening ceremonies, Four VIP level weekend passes, posts on our social media pages before, during and after the convention, your logo on the screens in the main events and your logo and name included in our 4x6 flyer promotions that are handed out at cons and events throughout South Florida.
