Exhibitor Table - Mini Iwai 2025

Interested in selling your wares and/or artwork at Mini Iwai on Sunday, November 16th? Act now - tables are in limited supply!. This purchase includes the following details:

• Included are: one 6’ table, one chair, and one pass. Any additional helpers will require their own pass.
• Eight hours of mercantile madness - the vendor room will be open from 11:00AM - 7PM. Tmes may be subject to change.
  
• Note that tables are available for purchase directly through this website without an application. The con reserves the right to cancel and refund any table purchase deemed to be unsuitable for the con at its' sole discretion.
• By buying a table, you agree to the following conditions, violation of any will result in your removal from the convention without a refund:
  • No food or drink is allowed to be sold without a specific written exemption from Anime Iwai. This means packaged or otherwise, with any price level or distribution method. If you have Japanese imported or inspired items you can ask exhibitors@animeiwai.com for an exemption.   
  • Adult imagery/media/products unsuitable for children must be covered and only displayed and sold to persons of the appropriate age.
  • Weapons may only be sold in accordance within the rules of the con and resort.
• Tables are non-refundable, however if you are unable to make it to the con you may transfer your table to another exhibitor or ask the con to resell it for you. Any subsequent purchasers must provide full contact information to the con ASAP.
• Around one month before the con, an exhibitor welcome kit will be emailed to the email address listed at time of purchase, if you have a different preferred address let us know.
